La Paz, Sep 19 (Prensa Latina) The Bolivian government is set today to send 10 tons of humanitarian aid to Cuba on a Lockheed C-130 Hercules aircraft belonging to the Bolivian Air Force in order to help the island to recover from the huge damage caused by Hurricane Irma.
