The politician further reported on his Telegram channel that after the occupation of Ulianovka, Russian units of the 39th separate motorized rifle brigade continued their advance along the entire front line.

According to Pushilin, the advance is from Malinovka to the north and expressed hope for a quick capture of the important town of Kramatorsk, which would open for the Russian forces the possibility to seize the west of Donbas.

He also recalled that the Ukrainian reinforcements for holding Ulyanovsk were insufficient, consisting of infantry groups of five to six people, and that the entry of the Russian army was carried out aggressively and unexpectedly for the enemy.

After infiltration, the infantry assault units advanced along the forest belt, house by house, until they achieved full occupation of the settlement, which was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry on Sunday in its usual daily part.
