From Fujian Province, in the southeast of the country, the event is held under the theme “Embracing the Digital and Intelligent Maritime Route – Jointly Building a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace.”

The event takes place within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative and has among its central themes the development of the private sector driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI), as well as intelligent and sustainable international transport.

Discussions will also address digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, internet governance, and digital inclusion, with an emphasis on promoting a more equitable and collaborative cyber environment.

The forum also highlights Quanzhou’s role as a key ancient port on the maritime Silk Road, connecting its historical heritage with the new digital pathways of the 21st century.
