The group questioned the management of the Presidential Transitional Council, as this structure suffers from administrative burden, lack of internal harmony, and the absence of a clear and unified political course.

It considered that the Presidential Transitional Council should have provided bold responses to national emergencies, particularly those related to security, economic, and institutional matters, within its 15 months of existence.

The Alliance for the Renaissance of Haiti is not placed in a position of demolition, but rather in a dynamic of proposals and national construction, the group stated in its statement, reported by the newspaper Le Facteur Haiti.

The group presents a clear, operational, and sustainable proposal to emerge from the crisis, structured around three essential pillars: the effective restoration of public security; the organization of free, inclusive, and credible elections. It is also essential to strengthen republican institutions and the rule of law.

“The Alliance for the Renaissance of Haiti suggests decreasing the transitional presidential structure in order to reduce the budgetary burden on already fragile public finances and at the same time ensure more fluid and responsible governance,” the source emphasized.
