The operation, carried out in close collaboration with allied countries, allowed the unloading of 36 tons of aid, in a multilateral effort that underlines international solidarity with the Palestinian cause.
Two aircraft from the Royal Jordanian Air Force took part in the mission, along with one from France, one from the United Arab Emirates and one from Germany, showing the high level of regional and international coordination and cooperation in relief efforts in the face of the severe humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
These launches are part of the ongoing efforts of the Hashemite Kingdom, led by King Abdullah II, to activate global support mechanisms aimed at alleviating the suffering of the Gazan civilian population, victims of months of blockade, attacks and shortages.
This operation brings to 135 the total number of air drops carried out by Jordan on Gazan territory, and to 279 the number of joint actions carried out with the support of sister and friendly nations.
