The military institution announced on its official Telegram channel that 13 unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down over Bryansk region, seven over Rostov region, two over Kaluga, and two more over Smolensk.
The Defense Ministry added that no casualties or significant material damage were reported from the drone attack launched by the Ukrainian military forces.
Air Transport Agency Rosaviatsia Spokesperson Artem Koreniako noted that no temporary airport restrictions were reported in the southeastern Russian region on the last day, allowing the flow of passengers to continue at terminals in cities such as Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Since the beginning of the special military operation on February 24, 2022, drone attacks launched from Ukraine on military and civilian targets in the Russian rear have become routine.
