The military institution announced on its official Telegram channel that 31 unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down over the Sea of Azov, 11 over the Peninsula of Crimea, 10 over the Rostov region, nine over the Krasnodar region, eight over the Black Sea; seven over Volgograd, four over Belgorod, one over Kursk, and one over Oryol.
Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov, in turn, informed that three civilians were injured by Ukrainian drone attacks in the Valuyski district.
Meanwhile, the national air transport agency, Rosaviatsia, reported that temporary flight restrictions have been imposed at Volgograd airport on the last day due to security reasons.
Since the beginning of the special military operation on February 24, 2022, drone attacks launched from Ukraine on military and civilian targets in the Russian rear have become routine.
