The memorandum will make it possible to advance and strengthen the institutional capacities of the Minjus and improve the services they provide to the population.
‘The legislative process facing the nation, following the approval of the new Constitution of the Republic in 2019, has been intense and unprecedented.
In this sense, having an instrument that allows to interact with the experience of sister nations will allow to enrich the practice in the design of the project in our country,’ said the Cuban Minister of Justice, Oscar Manuel Silveira.
The Vietnamese Minister of Justice, Nguyen Hai Ninh, noted that ‘exchange between experts can stimulate investment interest by Vietnamese companies and expand the relationship with those already operating in the country’.
The signing of this agreement, the first of its kind between the two nations, is a priority for our country in order to continue fostering cooperative ties with Vietnam.
