In the afternoon, maximum temperatures will be between 31 and 34 degrees Celsius, higher in inland localities of the eastern region, and at night temperatures will be between 24 and 27 degrees Celsius, higher in coastal areas.

The report of the scientific institution indicates that the winds will be weak variables, except in areas of the north coast of center and east where they will blow from the northeast between 10 and 25 kilometers per hour.

There will be swell on the north east coast, slight swell in the north west and centre, as well as in the south east.

On the rest of the coast the sea will be calm.

It also warns that in areas with associated rain and thunderstorms, wind strength and wave height can be locally increased.

On the eve, heavy rains affected the capital, causing flooding in low-lying areas.
