The Irish Foreign Minister asserted that, within the framework of a review of the association agreement with Israel, the bloc could impose sanctions in 10 different areas.

Israel is not fulfilling its human rights obligations, the minister stated upon his arrival at the informal meeting of EU foreign and defense ministers in Copenhagen, Denmark.
