“On September 4 and 5, the president will be in Vladivostok, and on September 5, the plenary session of the 10th Eastern Economic Forum will take place,” Peskov told reporters, and added that Putin is actively preparing for the event.
The 10th edition of the EEF will be held in the Russian city of Vladivostok, in the Russian Far East, from September 3 to 6, 2025, under the theme “The Far East: Cooperation for Peace and Prosperity.”
More than 7,100 people from 75 countries and territories, including more than 1,500 journalists, participated in the 9th edition of the Forum.
About 2,480 agreements worth more than 29 trillion rubles (about 365 billion dollars at the current exchange rate) were signed at the EEF sessions between 2015 and 2024, focused primarily on the development of infrastructure, the energy sector, mining, transportation, and logistics.
