The military body in its usual press release published Saturday on its official Telegram channel, said 30 unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down over the Black Sea; 15 in the Crimean peninsula; 13 in Rostov; 11 in Krasnodar; five in Bryansk; four in Belgorod; two each in Smolensk, Kaluga and Tver provinces.
The military ministry added that one drone was also shot down in Tula oblast and another in Kursk area.
The Defense Ministry also reported that one of the technological units was damaged and a fire broke out in an area of about 300 square meters as a result of the drone debris falling on the territory of the Krasnodar oil refinery.
He added that fire and rescue teams, as well as emergency services, are currently working at the site. According to the note, no casualties were reported as a result of the attack. It also stated that the workers at the oil refinery were evacuated.
