The ministerial group plans to push forward with talks with a view to reaching a mutually beneficial trade agreement soon, according to an official report.
Tomorrow’s meeting is a continuation of a meeting last Wednesday for which Brendan Lynch, the U.S. Deputy Trade Representative for South and Central Asia, traveled to India.
In a brief statement afterward, India described the talks held here with the U.S. delegation as positive.
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry considered the outcome of the meeting, which covered various aspects of the trade agreement, to be a step forward.
According to the official source, it was decided to intensify efforts to reach a mutually beneficial trade agreement soon.
