The statement released by the military ministry this Friday specified that “elements of the port infrastructure in Temryuk were damaged by a drone attack by the Kiev regime. A fire broke out.”
The statement also indicated that 32 specialists and eight pieces of heavy machinery were deployed to extinguish the fire.
“According to preliminary information, there are no casualties and the port personnel were evacuated, while emergency services are working at the scene,” the ministry stated.
The military also reported that a total of 41 Ukrainian attack drones were shot down over the European part of the country in the last 24 hours.
The statement specified that nine unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were shot down in the Samara region; another nine in the Crimean Peninsula; eight in the Saratov region; seven in the Volgograd region; seven more in the Rostov region; and one in the Krasnodar region.
Meanwhile, the national air transport agency, Rosaviatsia, reported temporary flight restrictions at the airports of Saratov, Krasnodar, Samara, Ulyanovsk, Sochi, Penza, Mineralnye Vodi, Vladikavkaz, Grozny, and Magas on the last 24 hours, aimed at ensuring passengers’ safety.
