Diaz-Canel, firmly declared that “they will not stop us”, thus responding to the decision to move forward despite difficult times and “the brutality of threats against #Cuba,” he added.

The tradition was born at midnight on January 27, 1953, when the Generation of the Centenary, led by the young Fidel Castro, commemorated the centenary of the birth of the Apostle, in an act that preceded the assault on the Moncada Barracks.
