The day includes literature, dance, music, and performing arts, all with the participation of the younger generations.
The Community Cultural Development Space and Havana Planetarium invites to celebrate the date, to the launch of the new collection of the La Edad de Oro Awards and other texts from Gente Nueva publishing house, which will also be for sale.
The Abril publisher joins the festivities with copies of Zunzun magazine, while the Pie de Angeles children’s and youth company will perform Cuban dance and songs, as well as musical pieces dedicated to the city.
The performing arts will also be featured with El Arca theater group, performing “Falco and Fabricio.”
Culture, magic, and children’s joy will reign in Plaza Vieja (Old Square) in this capital, because they deserve it, and as Cuba’s National Hero Jose Marti said, children are the hope of the world.
