Israeli fighter jets also bombed the town of Jmeijmeh, in the Bint Jbeil district, while artillery shelling targeted the outskirts of Mansouri and Beit al-Sayyad, even reaching the coastal area of ​​Mansouri-Hamra.

According to the same source, an Israeli force supported by military vehicles attempted to advance at dawn toward the Beit al-Sayad area, opposite the town of Al-Bayada, amidst intense artillery bombardments and reconnaissance helicopter overflights.

Israeli forces also carried out heavy attacks on the city of Khiam and shelled the Sajd Heights in the Jezzine district.
