In the opening of the exhibition, themed “Universe, Art, and More,” which will run until June 21, a presentation was given by the Timbalaye International Cultural Promoter, dedicated to the safeguarding, promotion, and dissemination of traditional Cuban folk culture.

The artistic presentation allowed the Italian public to experience traditional Cuban dances, their origins, and most representative expressions, highlighting the fusion of African and Spanish heritages, essential pillars of the Caribbean nation’s cultural patrimony.

It was an opportunity to reaffirm that, despite the logistical, energy, and financial restrictions resulting from the unilateral coercive measures imposed by the United States government, Cuba remains open to the world, committed to sustainable and high-quality tourism, the text notes.

In a presentation led by the Tourism Counselor of the Cuban Embassy, ​​Yanet Mora, it was reaffirmed that Cuba is “always ready to welcome those who wish to learn more about its culture, its history, its natural beauty, and the hospitality that distinguishes its people,” the source adds.
