The 7th Ordinary Session of the ANPP, in its 10th Legislature, will begin on July 29 at the Conference Center in this capital.
Its agenda includes an update on the execution of the 2026 State Budget and the presentation of the settlement corresponding to 2025.
The lawmakers will also analyze several draft laws, including the Agricultural and Forestry Land Law, the Housing Law, the Law on the Organization of the Central State Administration, the Personal Identity and Domicile System Law, and the new Labor Code.
Before the legislative session, the Assembly informed on its website that the parliamentary committees conducted an analytical exercise, demonstrating a collaborative approach by assessing and approving the reports that will be submitted to the plenary session for discussion.
The meeting, led by ANPP President Esteban Lazo, enriched the regulations through debate and knowledge, a genuine expression of the participatory nature of the island’s socialist democracy.
The lawmakers agreed that the proposed legal regulations show the diverse issues that influence the daily lives of the population and the country’s institutions.
