In a statement, the Army reported that aircraft from the Royal Jordanian Air Force intercepted and shot down the drones on Monday morning.
Teams from the Royal Engineer Corps subsequently deployed to the crash sites and managed the situation according to established procedures.
The military institution affirmed that it maintains close surveillance of national airspace and is at the highest level of operational readiness to respond to any threat.
The statement did not specify the origin of the drones, and so far, no group has claimed responsibility.
Meanwhile, the Israeli Army also reported the interception of two drones in the border area with Jordan and stated that it is investigating the launch site.
During the two weeks leading up to Friday, Iran attacked targets it described as US military installations and equipment in several Arab countries, including Jordan, in response to US airstrikes against Iranian territory.
The United States and Iran signed a memorandum of understanding on June 18 and began negotiations to reach a final agreement.
However, disagreements subsequently arose over freedom and safety of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz, a strategic waterway for global trade and energy supply.
