Lavrov told Arctic.ru, “Next March, we will be delighted to welcome distinguished guests from abroad to the next leading international forum on the Russian Arctic, ‘The Arctic: Territory of Dialogue,’ which will be held in Murmansk.”
The head of Russian diplomacy stated that several foreign delegations will participate in the debate on Arctic issues during the special sessions of the 11th Eastern Economic Forum (EEF), which will open on September 1 in Vladivostok.
