According to a post on the military agency’s official Telegram channel, units from the “East” troop group continued their advance deep into enemy defenses and occupied the village of Egorovka in the Zaporizhzhia province.
Furthermore, as a result of active offensive operations, Russian troops from the “North” group extended their control to the settlement of Shabelnoe in the Ukrainian province of Kharkiv and Tolstodubovo in the Sumy region.
The military ministry estimated that the Armed Forces of Ukraine suffered approximately 1,505 casualties over the last day within the zone of the Russian special military operation.
According to the ministry’s report, the “Center” troop group inflicted the highest number of casualties on the enemy—over 455 —followed by the “North” group, with more than 340 personnel put out of action.
The “East” group inflicted over 280 casualties; along the “West” group’s operational line, Ukraine lost more than 200 personnel; along the “South” group’s line, more than 195; and along the “Dnieper” group’s line, up to 35.
The Ukrainian army also lost six armored combat vehicles (including a Senator and a Humvee), 77 motor vehicles, four artillery pieces, and two electronic warfare stations (including an Anklav).
In addition, over the past 24 hours, Russian forces shot down three guided aerial bombs, one HIMARS multiple-launch rocket system projectile, and 768 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles.
