A statement from the Russian Armed Forces details a drone attack on the bridge—which was used for military purposes and also carried a metro train.

The military body also announced that Russian troops attacked the Hostomel logistics center in the Kyiv region, where supplies for the Ukrainian Armed Forces were stored.

The statement adds that the Russian Army struck a cargo ship in the port of Odesa carrying dual-use goods for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The military authority reported that, following intense offensive operations, control was established over the town of Novaya Kazachia in the Kharkiv region.

The ministry also noted that Novaya Kazachia lies within the Vovchansk salient, where significant Ukrainian army divisions had been encircled.

According to recent reports from the front, Russian forces from the “North” Group advanced in this sector, closing or tightening the perimeter around several Ukrainian units in an effort to consolidate a “buffer zone” near the border.
