The military institution stated, “This Monday, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continued to launch drone strikes on logistics hubs and the energy infrastructure that supports them, Ukrainian ports, and merchant vessels being used to benefit the Ukrainian Armed Forces.”

The Ministry cited a warehouse for UAVs and components in Olshani, in the Kharkiv region, and an electrical substation in Kharkiv that supplied power to the Ukrainian military industry.

Russian forces also struck another electrical substation in Kamianets-Podilskyi, in the Khmelnytskyi region.

The Ministry noted that this facility supported logistics infrastructure.

Since mid-July, Russian attacks on port facilities in southern Ukraine and vessels in the Black Sea involved in transporting military materiel for the Ukrainian army have occurred almost daily.
