According to the daily report from MINSAP, 67 of 71 active cases nationwide are clinically stable, while four patients are seriously ill in intensive care units.

The report added that 17 patients were discharged from hospitals, so the total number of recovered patients rose to 1,102,449.

Cuba has so far accumulated 1,111,109 contagions since the outbreak of the pandemic in the country in March 2020.

According to the official report, no deaths have been reported as a result of complications from the disease in the last 24 hours, so the death toll remains at 8,530.
