10 de noviembre de 2019, 18:32La Paz, Nov 10 (Prensa Latina) Bolivian police officers arrested the president of the Supreme Electoral Court (TSE), Maria Eugenia Choque, local television reported on Sunday
Channel XTOTV made the announcement after the arrests of several TSE members who are accused by the perpetrators of the coup d'état of propitiating and developing an alleged fraud in the October 20 elections.
That argument was used by right-wing civic movements to boost the final phase of the coup d'état against the government of Constitutional President Evo Morales.
Choque submitted her irrevocable resignation in a letter to Vice President Alvaro Garcia Linera, and asked for an investigation in accordance with national laws.
