Bolivia lacks a government, says presidential candidate Luis Arce
La Paz, Jul 9 (Prensa Latina) Presidential candidate Luis Arce, from the Bolivian Movement towards Socialism (MAS), said that the country lacks a government 'amid the healthcare collapse and the economic crisis'.
Arce, who is a university professor and former Economy minister, referred on his Twitter account to the chaotic national situation due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and the neoliberal measures taken by the de facto Government.
Improvisation, corruption and inefficiency characterize the constant reshuffle of ministers. The people are suffering the consequences of those acts by an illegitimate government that seeks to stay in power, Arce underlined.
