Iran criticizes UN double standards on Israel's nuclear industry
Tehran, Sep 18 (Prensa Latina) Iran's representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) criticized on Friday the agency's double standards towards Israel, in statements quoted in the local press.
There is a contradictory policy in the agency, as the Tel Aviv regime possesses nuclear bombs, this is a concern for regional security and refuses that its facilities are inspected, Gharibabadi said.
On the contrary, the Islamic Republic has the most transparent peaceful nuclear program of all with 22% of all global inspections done by the IAEA, he noted.
Referring to accusations about the alleged Iranian intention to manufacture nuclear weapons, Gharibabadi stressed that Washington and Tel Aviv are trying to confuse the international community, but the reality is that Iran collaborates in every way with the IAEA.
