Moscow, Nov 28 (Prensa Latina) Russia reported today 39,068 deaths from the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, which has caused the Covid-19 pandemic, after reporting 510 deaths in a day, according to the operating staff for the fight against that disease. Of the total of deaths in a day, 76 were reported in this capital; 70 in Saint Petersburg; 23 in Rostov province;21 in the Krasnoyarsk region and Moscow province; 15 in Nizhegorod;14 in Irkutsk.
This way, the death rate remains at 1.74 percent, when the total of infections rose to 242,633, after detecting 27,100 infections in the past 24 hours, which means a daily growth rate at 1.2 percent.
Besides, the total number of active cases dropped to 464,095, Moscow television indicated.
In a day, 27,296 were discharged from hospitals, which exceeded the number of new cases, a trend that was reaffirmed this week. The total number of recoveries amounts to 1,739,470, that is, a national recovery rate of 77.6 points.
