Brussels, Jan 19 (Prensa Latina) The Heads of State and Government of the European Union (EU) will analyze on Thursday the epidemiological situation in the region and the measures to contain the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
Brussels, Jan 19 (Prensa Latina) The Heads of State and Government of the European Union (EU) will analyze on Thursday the epidemiological situation in the region and the measures to contain the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. According to a EU's statement, its members will virtually meet and talk, and set coordinated actions to fight the Covid-19 pandemic.
The meeting will be led by the EU President Charles Michel, in which -among other issues - they will also debate the vaccination campaign progress that started on December 27.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), Europe has 30,488,064 Covid-19 cases and 666,036 deaths.
