La Paz, Oct 10 (Prensa Latina) Bolivian President Evo Morales will lead a march by major social organizations in Sucre, department of Chuquisaca, to commemorate Democracy Day in Bolivia.
The departmental president of the ruling Movement Toward Socialism (MAS), Antonio Villca, said that the main social organizations will gather in several sites to commemorate the date.
