He stressed that for the Summit there is still no agreement on contacts between the heads of the foreign policy departments of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and Russia, but, he said, personal encounters between officials at that level are very likely in the context of international forums in which they will coincide.
Macegora's statements were referred to this Sunday by a social network of Russia's diplomatic headquarters in this capital.
According to this source, the head of Russian diplomacy in the DPRK also predicted that the situation that imposes on this country the commercial, economic and financial blockade must change.
This could happen after the elimination of the international sanctions against North Korea, as well as the future tripartite projects involving Moscow, Seoul and Pyongyang, but which were not mentioned.
In direct reference to recent accusations by the United States of non-compliance by Russia with the sanctions against the DPRK stimulated by Washington and imposed by the UN, he reiterated that Moscow strictly complies with all the requirements established by the resolutions of the UN
Among them is the monthly shipment of gasoline and diesel, which takes place within the framework of the quotas established by sanctions against North Korea, and this is reflected in the reports that Russia sends punctually to the so-called UN-1718 Committee.
However, he said that Russia is convinced that the sanctions against the DPRK should be eliminated and the fuel quotas increased because agriculture in North Korea is being carried out almost as in the nineteenth century, in an artisanal manner.
He denounced that due to the same sanctions there is a lack of fuel for ambulances and firefighting equipment, diesel power plants do not work in many social facilities, among other evils and affectations.
