La Paz, July 22 (Prensa Latina) The Bolivian President, Evo Morales, announced Monday the exploration of the Mayaya Centro X1 well, in the north of La Paz, which could turn this region into an oil-producing department.
Today, sisters and brothers, in order to start this exploration we guarantee 76 million dollars for Mayaya, in the Caranavi province. It is about five-km oil drilling, according to Evo Morales during a ceremony held at the Casa Grande del Pueblo (seat of the Executive).
