The Venezuelan President also allocated two million petros (a crypto currency backed up by the country's energy resources and created as an alternative to counter the United States blockade) on a bimonthly basis to governorships as investment for their free use.
Maduro informed about the creation of the so-called people's social and economic protection cooperatives in the states of Merida, Tachira, Anzoategui and Nueva Esparta, which are ruled by the opposition.
The President highlighted the priority of public services and the maintenance of cities, the boost to social protection policies and the strengthening of the people's power and protagonist democracy.
Likewise, he underlined the importance of strengthening actions to guarantee citizen's security by combating crime and the destabilizing maneuvers of violent right-wing sectors.

Caracas, Oct 16 (Prensa Latina) Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on Tuesday announced the reorganization of the Bolivarian Government's priorities in five key sectors, focused on economic development.
The President chaired a working meeting at Miraflores presidential Palace to assess, reformulate and boost socio-productive programs and projects and perfect the government agenda for late 2019.
