No withdrawal, instead the United States closes siege against Syria

Nothing of withdrawal, according to President Donald Trump himself, who partially announced it and then turned back into a usual and well-known aggressive policy aimed at increasing the military siege against this nation of the Levant.
Of the 12 bases established to the north of the provinces of Aleppo, Hasaka and the border with Iraq, they reorganized their special forces in the region, built two new facilities very close to the border with that neighboring nation and ratified its support for so-called Syrian Democratic Forces (SDS), mostly made up of Kurds.
Thus, with the blockade of any type of negotiations and the continuing military pressure on the ground, Washington facilitates the continuation of Turkey's operations in the aforementioned region and torpedoes the weak attempts of some sectors of the SDS to negotiate with the Syrian Government.
Russia, through Vice Chancellor Mikhail Bogdanov, said that 'we cannot welcome that redistribution of the US military team. On the contrary, it only leads to unnecessary escalation and tensions'.
On the other hand, both Moscow and Damascus, reiterate that through the SDS and now by themselves, the Americans daily take between 30 and 35 thousand barrels of oil from the Rumeilan and Al Omar deposits, under the pretext of protecting them from Islamic State, Daesh, who they apparently evicted and defeated in those areas.
Such actions, without the consent of Syria and in ignorance of any directive or resolution of the United Nations, contribute to the creation of unpredictable and dangerous consequences amid the continuing negotiations for peace set for December 10 in Astana, Kazakhstan.
The reality on the ground corroborates the foolish US action, whose military encirclement to Syria seems 'insufficient' despite their high-powered military bases in Incirlik, Turkey; Baer Al Seeb, Oman; Dwahad and Arfijan, Kuwait; Sultan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and United Arab Emirates.
Likewise, Washington maintains in the eastern Mediterranean, very close to the Syrian coasts, a permanent deployment of at least one fleet of seven aircraft-carrier vessels that alternate every six months and intelligence and land centers in Amman, Jordan and in the same country, the Advanced Command Center gathering 40 member nations of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
To these elements it is added that in these facilities, there are over 40 thousand troops of the United States and the United Kingdom, to which is added a support device in arms and logistics supplies to the Zionist regime of Israel , the largest recipient of American 'military aid' in the Middle East alongside Saudi Arabia.
The disturbing veracity of what is happening is closely linked to the fact that Syria has effectively defeated the terrorist groups and that in the war imposed on this nation, its forces were the first to face fire.
