Syria report case 757 by Covid 19
31 de julio de 2020, 16:2Damascus, Jul 31 (Prensa Latina) The Syrian Ministry of Health reported 19 cases of infection by Covid 19 on Friday, bringing the total number to 757 since the pandemic was detected in this nation on March 22.
The number of recovered cases reached 237, with eight medical discharges on Friday, while the number of deaths reached 43, with no cases of contagion detected abroad and only national transmission.
Syria keeps borders closed, classes suspended at primary and secondary levels and restrictions in order to avoid crowds of people, even from this Friday, when the festivities of Eid Al Adha, the date of the sacrifice in the Muslim world, begin for four days.
This country is also improving disinfection measures in workplaces and services, as well as in facilities dedicated to religious worship, weddings and those related to funeral ceremonies, among others.
