Caracas, Oct 22 (Prensa Latina) At least 160,000 military personnel will be deployed in Venezuela to guarantee order during the Happy Christmas Plan 2020 that will run until January 10, 2021.
Caracas, Oct 22 (Prensa Latina) At least 160,000 military personnel will be deployed in Venezuela to guarantee order during the Happy Christmas Plan 2020 that will run until January 10, 2021.
Venezuela's Minister of Interior and Justice Nestor Reverol explained that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces along with all the police forces in the country will address 3,576 control and service points with 37 prioritized terminals.
Reverol noted that 498 beaches suitable for use were available, with controls previously agreed to fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.
'This Christmas plan is going to redouble, which means that we will be at the same time protecting the electoral event,' Reverol pointed out, also referring to the December 6 elections.
The minister announced that the National Risk System will remain active, through the disinfection days for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, which causes Covid-19 disease.
