La Paz, Nov 13 (Prensa Latina) Bolivian President Luis Arce reestablished the Ministry of Cultures and Decolonization, closed in June by the putschist government, led today by Segundina Flores, leader of the Confederation of Native Farmer Women Bartolina Sisa.
Flores is considered one of the most important leaders of the Unity Pact, a group that brings together the social movements related to the Movement Towards Socialism (MAS), and she denounced on many occasions the abuses committed by the administration of the de facto leader Jeanine Añez against the people.
