Mexico, Jan 13 (Prensa Latina) As of today, Mexican labs can use cannabis (marijuana) with medicinal purposes subject to compliance with a Regulation of the General Health Law.
It is a regulation on health control to produce, research and use marijuana and its pharmacological byproducts with medicinal purposes, which in turn is part of the compliance with actions taken by the Secretariat of Health and the Federal Commission for Protection against Health Risks (COFEPRIS).
