San Juan, Jan 25 (Prensa Latina) The Puerto Rican Governor Pedro R. Pierluisi announced that he will present a declaration of an emergency draft for gender violence to the Financial Oversight and Management Board (JSF) for approving the required budget.
Convinced that femicide, which caused the death of 67 women in Puerto Rico in 2020, needs special attention as feminist organizations have recently claimed, Pierluisi said he will include such a budget request.
