Berlin, Feb 24 (Prensa Latina) The Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP) thanked the German association Humanitarian Aid to Cuba - created 25 years ago in the city of Bochum - for its solidarity, diplomatic sources informed on Wednesday.
