Havana, Mar 3 (Prensa Latina) Cuba´s Prime Minister Manuel Marrero on Tuesday affirmed that 2020 and the beginning of 2021 have been very difficult for the country due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, present global economic crisis, and the tightening of the economic, commercial and financial US blockade, through which Donald Trump passed over 240 sanctions.
Marrero chaired a meeting with directors and workers from the Ministry of Economy and Planning (MEP) to assess the ministry's work projects for 2021.
