Paris, Mar 18 (Prensa Latina) In a scenario marked by a blockade and unilateral sanctions, Venezuela has maintained its commitment to public expenditures in function of social development, the country's permanent representative at UNESCO, Hector Constant, said on Tuesday. In an interview with Prensa Latina in this capital, the ambassador noted that the illegal actions against his country, led by the United States, have a strong impact on society, including education, science and culture.
