Moscow, Apr 18 (Prensa Latina) Drinking water above 40 degrees in the morning, reducing total caloric content and limiting sweets and fats consumption are strongly recommended to lower cholesterol, Russian Endocrinologist at the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine of Moscow State University and Scientific Director of the Clinic for Systemic Medicine Zujra Pávlova said, while recalling that excess cholesterol can be harmful to health and therefore it is critical to find a balance.
