3 Dominicans arrested with US million in cocaine

San Juan, Apr 22 (Prensa Latina) Three Dominican were busted close to Aguadilla, in northwestern Puerto Rico, with 18 bundles of cocaine worth US million, US Coast Guard said today.

‘Richard Dixon’ Coast guard crew unloaded the cocaine seized on Sunday about 45 nautical miles north of Aguadilla, in San Juan.

Local authorities said they had busted three Dominican nationals, including a woman, who were on the boat, intercepted in Atlantic waters, transporting 477 kg of drugs.

Drug raid was the result of various agencies efforts in support of the United States Southern Command’s counter-drug operations.
