In a statement, Venezuela repeated its support for the global call to guarantee mass and unrestricted production of the supplies and vaccines necessary to contain the pandemic.
Likewise, Venezuelan authorities urged the international community to give priority to the most vulnerable sectors hit by the pandemic, in order to correct global imbalances in the battle against the coronavirus.
On Tuesday, India reported as many as 323,144 new Covid-19 cases, exceeding 17,636,000 people infected so far.
India’s death toll rose to 197,894, after reporting 2,771 deaths, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
