Cuba condemns US hostility with unilateral list

Havana, May 26 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez said the eve that President Joe Biden holds coercive measures implemented by his predecessor, despite international opinion´s rejections.

On Twitter, Bruno Rodríguez insisted that Joe Biden is turning his back on the vast majority of the Cuban and US people by implementing Donald Trump´s measures.

‘Gulf between speech and reality is growing,’ he tweeted.

Previously, Rodríguez tweeted the ‘unchanged US hostility’ on Cuba.

‘The Joe Biden administration keeps Cuba on the list of states sponsor terrorism,’ he posted, and also condemned the application of 243 measures ordered by Trump.

The United States included Cuba on this list in May 2020 and also in last January, one of Trump´s latest decisions before leaving the White House.

Recently, Deputy Director of MINREX´s Multilateral Affairs María del Carmen Herrera said that four months after Biden assumption there has been no change in Washington’s aggressions.
