Likewise, she explained that in the current phase of the trial carried out in the First Collegiate Court of the National District, the evidence presented by the defendants is known. The Odebrecht case has continued in this country since 2017 and the defendants are tried for receiving bribes from the Brazilian construction company for the award of State works worth 92 million dollars.
The Brazilian construction company reached an agreement with the Attorney General’s Office for which it will have to pay this country 184 million dollars in various installments, double the amount paid in bribes.
