Speaking virtually at the 109th International Labor Cconference (ILC), Cuban delegate Rodolfo Antonio Parra highlighted the experience in the fight against Covid-19, which was aggravated by Wahington’s commercial, economic and financial blockade against Cuba.

On his Twitter account, Juan Antonio Quintanilla, Cuba’s permanent representative in Geneva, Parra reminded that the nation faces a sanitary emergency in the middle of important economic transformations which benefit enterprises and create opportunities for their development.

In addition, he considered useful the fostering of less traditional ways of employment in Cuba, telework and distance work, and emphasized on the advances of hitech entities in five vaccine candidates against that disease.
