At the beginning of the talks in this capital with OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid, the Russian foreign minister underlined the organization’s commitment to the adoption of collective decisions on such issues.
He highlighted the organization’s role in achieving ‘inclusive dialogue by all member States and take into account the whole specter of opinions’, Lavrov stated.
In addition to meeting with the head of Russian diplomacy, Schmid will participate in the 9th Conference on International Security and will speak before the Permanent Council of the Organization of the Treaty of Collective Security (OTSC).
